What kind of guarantees do you have?
We pride ourselves on being a leader when it comes to email delivery. For our managed campaigns we guarantee a 98% delivery rate and reply rates of >2% excluding auto replies, and if any domain or mailbox drops below high reputation, we’ll replace it, free of charge.
How many leads can I expect?
This can vary depending on the audience, industry, and type of offer contained within the email. If you’re giving away free trials, expect a lot! If you’re asking for a 30 minute meeting, it won’t be nearly as many…
How long am I tied in for?
You’re not. We run on a monthly rolling agreement, with a 30-day notice period to ensure all payments are covered before the agreement ends. We do this as a show of faith in what we do, and to reduce the risk for our clients
That said, if you’re convinced that we’re the agency for you, we do provide discounts for 6 and 12 month contracts.
Are there any hidden charges?
None at all. The only charge outside of the monthly fee is an initial set-up fee to allow for the creation and registration of domains/mailboxes and infrastructure, which is payable upon commencement of the agreement.
What if I want to change how many emails I’m sending?
No problem, just let us know if you need to increase or decrease the volume of emails, and we can do the rest. This may change the monthly fee, but we’ll discuss this before making any changes.

We currently handle over 1,000,000 emails a month across our client base. We expect this to double in the next 3 months!
